Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with relevant departments to smooth the shipment of goods
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure prompt delivery and maintain operation efficiency
• Follow up the claims reports which caused by shipment discrepancy and quality issue, as well as handle damages
• Able to handle full sets of import / export document and document to ban
• Prepare the electronic customs declaration and license

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above in Shipping / Logistics Management;
• Minimum 1 years' related working experience
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Independent and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Hands-on computer applications, e.g., Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Work Location: Tai Po
