Our client, a Hong Kong Leading Company, is currently seeking for a Shipping Coordinator to join their logistic team.

Responsibilities

-          Handling full set shipping document, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, HC etc.

-          Handling full set bank document, L/C, D/P etc.

-          Inputting and managing shipping data in SAP system.

-          Building good and strong relationship with clients and suppliers.

-          Communicating with clients, forwarders and suppliers closely to avoid and mistake.

Requirements

-          At least 5 years of work experience in shipping or logistic.

-          Able to handle all documents independently.

-          Diploma or Bachelor degree graduated in Shipping/Logistic will be an advantage but not a must.

-          Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST.

-          Knowledge in SAP is a MUST.
