Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set documents, invoices, Letter of credit etc.
- Coordinate with factories / forwarder in shipping schedule.
- Tracking lease containers and update report
- Contact customers for delivery and invoices
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in handling shipping documents
- Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
- 1-2 years experience in Microsoft Excel
- Initiative, High sense of responsibility, well organized, good team work spirit and work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Shipping Line with equipment control experience is highly preferred
