Job Duties

• Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, cash flow control, invoice verification, cheque and remittance preparation, bank reconciliation, etc.
• Responsible for month-end closing and various accounting schedules
• Assist in preparing management reports and accounts variance analysis
• Prepare fixed assets schedule
• Reconciling financial data accurately and timely
• Handle the external audit and tax compliance

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

  Qualifications & Experience

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, with LCCI Level 3 certificate or above
• Sound knowledge in daily accounting operation, with minimum 2 years relevant experience..
• A Strong Plus if got experience in handling Full Set of Account
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Conversant with MS Office (e.g. Word & Excel) and accounting software

Candidate with less qualification and/or less experience will be consider as Accounts Clerk / Senior Accounts Clerk
