Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, handle bank receipt and payments operation.
• Prepare and distribute cash / cheque for monthly payment, expenses claim.
• Process account receivable and account payable in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and input vouchers.
• Handle assigned ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• F.5 graduate or above with LCCI level 3.
• 1-2 years or above relevant working experience.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
• PC knowledge of Microsoft Office, Chinese word processing and accounting software (Flex preferable).
• Self-disciplined, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn
