Job Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for controlling information systems, following up supply chain process, inventory management, monthly closing and forecast monitoring with details below:

• Maintain accounting systems including ERP, SAP, Oracle Hyperion and Share-point system for all working process
• Monitor all the interface between systems to ensure accuracy and reconciliation
• Compare selling forecast and launching plan and simulate the standard margin according to latest information
• Learn launching Production Order process, understand the reason for MOQ, production and fabric surcharge
• Work closely with logistics team to improve the monthly delivery forecast accuracy
• Monitor stock movement and follow up leftover inventory level by season, location and update rolling forecast
• Facilitate logistics team to do the mid-year and end year stocktaking
• Familiar with standard cost method and update seasonal standard cost
• Update weekly sales report, work with logistics team to list the projected delivery volume and compare with forecast
• Provide recommendation to improve the efficiency of current working and reporting process
• Assist in ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in professional accounting or related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or costing areas
• A good team player with excellent communication skill and customer-oriented attitude
• Well-organized, detail-minded, result-oriented and good business sense
• Able to work under pressure and tight time schedule
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
