Our client is a well established securities brokerage companies.  She is current looking for a high calibre candidate to fulfil the following position:

Administration Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall administrative support to the office, including but limited to facilities management services, office supplies, printing, courier, receptionist duties etc
• Review and formulate operation related policies and guidelines
• Coordinate and organize ad hoc projects
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in office management/administration duties, previous exposure in banking & finance industry would be advantageous
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Independent, initiative, excellent communication skill & strong sense of responsibility
