Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of corporate communication initiatives
- Prepare, translate and edit corporate communication materials
- Coordinate production of corporate website and other digital platforms
- Manage media reports and maintain central library of corporate communication materials
- Support daily operation of Corporate Communications Department
- Preform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University students working towards a bachelor or master’s degree, preferably majoring in Languages, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as creativity and outgoing personality
- Proactive and detail-minded with good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge in photography, Photoshop and video editing will be an advantage
