GRADUATE SCHOOL

The Graduate School supports the development of strategic directions and provides central administration for the University’s research efforts and postgraduate education. The School is now looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to perform administration duties for taught postgraduate programmes.

Roles and responsibilities

• Process application and admission for professional doctorate and taught postgraduate programmes
• Manage student records
• Coordinate student recruitment projects
• Supervise clerical staff
• Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Applicant should have

• a good Bachelor’s degree
• a minimum of three years of relevant work experience
• excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Executive Assistant.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding. 

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
