GRADUATE SCHOOL

The Graduate School supports the development of the University’s strategic directions and provides central administration for the University’s research efforts and postgraduate education. The School is now looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to perform administration duties for the research administration team.

Roles and responsibilities

• Process research proposals and research ethics applications
• Prepare statistics and relevant reports
• Liaise with external/internal parties for research grant related activities
• Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Applicants should

• have a good Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience 
• be literate in computer applications including MS Access and web applications
• have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
