Job Description:
Since Watchfinder & Co. was first founded in 2002, it has grown to become the premier resource where customers can buy and sell premium pre-owned watches. Watchfinder offers a selection of thousands of watches from over 50 prestigious brands (Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Tag Heuer, IWC and more), it also boasts boutiques across the United Kingdom with a manufacturer certified Service Centre. Watchfinder has truly established itself as the leading pre-owned watch specialist.
Duties will include:

Ensure proper movement of product in/out of Showroom including, but not limited to: shipments, transfers, consignments and movement throughout the boutique while maintaining quality control and preventing stock losses
Assist with inventory control processes (e.g. daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements) to ensure a successful inventory. (Stock Audits & Daily Stock Counts)
Conducting the inspection process of all new potential Watchfinder stock

- Taking a set of images for each watch.
- Removing and refitting case backs
- Completing service report on TS (Timing & Water Resistance checks)
- Exterior assessment of the watch, detailing any knocks, marks/dents etc.
- Making recmmendations on what if any external parts need to be replaced.

- Coordinate the dispatching of watches to manufacturers for repair/warranty work.
- Obtain quotations of work from manufacturers and manage the approval process.
- Sending watches to and from the UK and HK store, inter-company transfers
- Warranty inspection process – You will need to complete a diagnosis process to identify faults with warranty returns.
- Processing work upon notifications given by UK as to how watches are to be repaired and made ready for sale
- Fitting and removal of straps and bracelet adjustments.
- Manage the deliveries to and from the store, including the careful handling of goods, administration and paperwork.
- Ensure the status of all watches dispatched is up-to-date on our internal management system.
- Liaise with members of staff to keep them up to date with due dates, delays etc.
- Identify and deal proactively with any delays or problems that may arise.
