Requirements:

• F.5 Standard or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience in office reception & administration
• Pleasant personality and good telephone manner
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Able to work directly with business managers, with little or no direct development management supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate with various levels of personnel
• Pleasant and willing to learn
• Willing to perform overtime work
• Immediate available is preferred
