Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Manage appointment schedules
- Responsible for patients’ registration
- Perform Medicine dispensing to patients
- Responsible for front desk administration duties
- Perform ad hoc project as required
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year or above relevant working experience
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Pleasant, cheerful, customer-oriented and cooperative
- Knowledge about Clinic Solution will be an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
