Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and general clerical support
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer service and circulation inquiries
  • Assisting in office maintenance, administrative reporting, office supplies management & other administrative functions
  • Support reception desk
  • Be able to communicate with different parties via phone calls and/or emails in professional manner
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in office administration experience, preferred in Financial industry
  • Willing to learn, service attitude and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel application
  • Presentable with good communications & interpersonal skills
  • Native Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English required
  • Fresh Graduate are Welcome
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
