Job Description:

• Provide clerical support of all administrative duties
• Assist in office management and general office administration in daily operations
• Work closely with HK office provide advice and heads on all related matters
• Provide clerical support of all administrative duties
•  "Ding Ding" system operation
• Liaise internally and externally on business issues proactively and independently
• Perform outdoor works as and when required
  
• Work at Shenzhen
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above 
• Minimum  of  5  years  working  experience
• Immediately  available  is  highly  preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Proficient in computer applications such  as  MS Word,  Excel  and  Chinese  word  processing
