• Conduct face-to-face interviews with your candidates
• Shortlist qualified candidates in accordance with clients’ hiring needs
• Prepare candidate profiles and submit them to clients for selection and further interviews
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle with effective communications with clients and candidates
• Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and perform follow-ups subsequently
• Build up trust and maintain long-term partnerships with your clients and candidates
