Job Description
Your opportunity
This position is in the shared services team and responsible for daily accounts payable function for multiple retail brands in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
How you will contribute
- Perform account payables for multi brands
- Process payments, expenses reimbursements, and petty cash
- Prepare cash flow report on regularly basis
- Prepare BS & PL schedules
- Assist in month end closing, and reconciliation in the accounting shared services team
- Support daily accounting duty and perform ad hoc assignment from time to time as assigned by supervisor
Who you are
- Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3-year relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Office, previous exposure in JDE is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Responsible, good communication skill, well organized, self-motivated as well as a good team player
