Job Responsibilities

• Independently build and maintain strong relationship and extensive network with clients and investors to generate business

• Execute potential financing transactions from origination to coordination of various corporate finance and capital marketing projects including IPOs and placement

• Closely work with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years’ solid experience in equity sales field, client relationship management or business development with proven track records
• Qualified to be Licensed Representative in Type 1 and Type 6 RA
• Having existing client base is highly preferred
• Self-motivated,  with the ability to think strategically and drive new business, and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in  written and spoken Chinese and English; fluency in Mandarin
