Our clients, some well-established banks, are now seeking experienced candidates to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Review and draft non-standard credit and collateral documentation on bilateral /syndicated loan/construction loans/ structured finance transactions prepared by external legal counsels

• Ensure all conditions precedent are complied with prior to limit dispatch / loan drawdown

• Follow up of all relevant credit related covenants per credit approval and compliance of all conditions subsequent

• Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in company law, contract law, banking etc.

• At least 5 years of related experience 

• Familiar with loan agency work and banking lending products, including trade finance, syndication and bilateral loans, treasury products, etc.

• Proficiency in bank lending provisions, including syndicated loan, project finance and aircraft finance

• Knowledge in PRC laws and regulations is preferred

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua speaking is an advantage

• Good team player and able to work under pressure
