Our client is a sizable PRC Private Equity fund house with AUM more than RMB 9 Billion.   

Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance function of the portfolio companies in the real estate sector to establish financial goals, plans and objectives that align with the Group's strategic vision
• Conduct analysis and prepare strategic reports on the portfolio companies’ financial performance to facilitate business planning and development
• Oversee the management reporting of the portfolio companies and provide timely information to the senior management of the Group
• Assume full responsibility for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring of the portfolio companies’ accounting and finance structure, KPIs, budgetary policies and procedures, reports, tax planning
• Act as a key contact point in all communications of finance matters between the Group and the portfolio companies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related discipline
• Qualified Accountant 
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate/ Infrastructure/ Renewable Energy industries sectors with at least 2 years taking a senior finance position in Listed Company
• Track record in financial planning and analysis, management reporting and achieving financial objectives
• Great interpersonal and presentation skills and is able to communicate well all levels of stakeholders
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
