DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand factory operations flow and identify related process and risks
• Execute audit programs of internal audit assignments to PRC subsidiaries
• Identify internal control deficiencies / opportunities to improve business effectiveness and efficiency
• Review operations flow are complied with group or local policies and procedures
• Prepare clear and concise audit documentation includes drafting findings and recommendations
• Monitor the progress of audit action plan
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years audit experience (preferably gained from sizable company / CPA firm)
• Some knowledge in China taxation and factory cost accounting is an advantage
• Well versed in MS Office, in particular MS Excel
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical skills in identifying risk and good report writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Frequent travel to PRC will be required

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Internal Audit Officer
