Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly consolidation, financial and management report for the business unit
• Coordinate the preparation of year-end financial statements & audit schedules and liaison with external auditors
• Advise and support to the Financial Investment BU in annual budgeting cycle and lead the day-to-day management of the business unit’s financial functioning
• Develop the financial and management reporting systems and workflows for budgeting and cash flow forecast for the BU to ensure consistency in financial and statistical reporting and accounting
• Coordinate the financial analysis needs of Financial Investment BU; conduct economic studies for the business where necessary
• Support the establishment of accounting plans & policies and manage the implementation to ensure compliance of financial activities of the managed department / business area with the Group’s established policies
• Participate in system development projects and coordinate related enhancement & UAT
• Coach, mentor and develop direct reports to ensure the team performance
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

 Requirements: 

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related disciplines
• Members of CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 6 years’ related experience in sizable company, solid experience in audit field will be an advantage
• Accounting knowledge on financial investments is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, meticulous and able to coordinate among different parties
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint skills
