Job Duties: 

• Handle full set of accounts, account payable and receivable including voucher preparation, payment records, bank reconciliation, data entry and filing, etc.
• Prepare month-end closing, monthly schedules and various accounting reports and documents
• Assist in financial analysis, year-end audit, and participate in periodic forecasting process
• Responsible for all facets of financial and tax reporting and assist in managing daily accounting operation
• Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree major in Accounting with related subjects
• At least 1 year relevant work experience, exposure in multinational environment or accounting firm is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• A well-organized, self-motivated and detailed-minded team player
• Candidates without relevant work experience or recent graduates will be considered as Accounts Clerk
