Responsibilities:

• Manage deal screening process including financial analysis and due diligence
• Perform loan credit research, analysis, prepare credit proposals and deal with external lawyer to draft legal documents
• Actively involves in structuring and executing tailor-made financing solutions for loans, bridge financing, project financing and other capital financing activities
• Proactively engage in post deal monitoring and participate in loan restructuring process when necessary

 Requirements

• University degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of related working experience, structured finance and
• Strong accounting background, big four background is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (includes Mandarin), with a proactive approach  
• Able to demonstrate commitment to technical excellence, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
