Job Responsibilities:

• Handle AR , AP and petty cash operations
• Handle daily bank transactions and reconciliation
• Prepare monthly sales data entry and reconciliation
• Assist in month end closing by preparing general accounting entries, income record and related matters
• Assist in handle daily accounting operations
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

•  F.5 or above with LCCI Intermediate level or above in accounting;
• Minimum 3 years working experience of accounting duties, preferably in beauty / retail industry;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, hands-on experience in QUICKBOOKS is an advantage
• Sensitive to figures, Responsible, detail-minded with proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
