Responsibilities:

• Work with on-the-job training with varies departments, providing full spectrum of daily operations and administrative supports to the office and the management.
• Coordinate various correspondences with both internal and external parties.
• Provide supports to Accounting / HR / Insurance / Logistic / Customer Service Department.
• Handling daily operation duties
• Prepare periodical reports.
• Coordinate various projects assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• DSE / Diploma graduates
• Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Good written and reading Chinese and English.
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin for communication.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-minded and good teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Immediate available would be highly preferable.
