Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the business planning & strategy, internal control, and daily accounting operations
• Hands on in all finance areas including financial reporting, month end closing, forecasting and budgeting
• Develop processes and provide finance input to the management team  
• Constantly interrogate results versus plan/latest forecasts, to ensure financial commitments are delivered
• Lead accounts receivable and payable management, treasury functions and cash flow projections
• Lead and liaise with PRC finance teams with aim of improving the efficiencies of PRC operations
• Manage audit process, statutory and tax filings; Liaise with external auditors, IRD, banks etc.
• Work closely with different level of operating teams on regular information sharing and prepare and deliver monthly management report for management review accurately and timely
• Handle ad-hoc project as assigned.
• Trip to Guangzhou/Shanghai/Beijing is necessary but not often

Requirements:

• A degree holder in Accounting/ Finance/ Business with at least 10 years SOLID experience and in senior level, HKICPA/ACCA qualified
• Familiar with Hong Kong, China, and Global accounting practice regulations and tax issues
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• High analytical and organizational capabilities with importance on precision fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Good computer skills in Word, Excel processing and accounting software
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
