Responsibilities:

• Handle the preparation of group consolidation Financial Statement and month-end closing for our HK, PRC and overseas offices;
• Streamline work processes and internal controls to ensure effective, efficient and timely reporting;
• Assist Accounting Manager on company secretarial affairs of group companies;
• Assist in preparing management reports, including cashflow, budget and other analysis reports;
• Assist in handling Hong Kong companies year-end audit and stock take arrangement;
• Ensure compliance with the applicable accounting policies and internal controls for our HK and group companies;
• Co-ordinate with overseas offices and accounting firms on periodic reporting matters;
• Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder / Higher Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
• 5 years or above full set accounting experience in retail and/or PRC manufacturing background preferred;
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, positive, proactive, strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and financial application;
• Possess strong sense of responsibility and well organized as well as a good team player;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin);
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
