Report to: AR & Disbursement Manager

Job Description:

• To ensure all the current account are accurate and on time
• Keep the outstanding amount as low as possible
• Prepare weekly statement to agents
• Follow up the long outstanding shipments
• Perform Debion in put for A/R settlement
• Reconcile clearing a/c against with current account monthly
• To maintain the best A/R performance
• Achieve RAPDSO
• To handle several different tasks in the same time.
• Problem solving
  
  

Qualifications:

• Advanced accounting knowledge (Diploma in Accounting)
• Fair shipping knowledge
• 2 years working experience
• Good computer knowledge
• Fair language skill (English,Mandarin)
• Good communication skill & well organized
