Responsibilities:    

• Provide secretarial support to General Manager  / operation support to Office
• Capable of independent correspondence
• Ensure and follow-up suppliers matters, e.g. logistic and declarations.
• Full support to the management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, formal secretarial / commercial training is  essential
• Relevant experiences in Construction / Engineering Company
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word, English and Chinese typewriting, and capable of  working with details
• Previous experiences in similar position is essential and preferable
• Self-motivated with positive working attitudes, able to handle multiple tasks in a business office 
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Immediate or available in short notice is a must.
