Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage full spectrum of human resources functions, such as compensation and benefit, recruitment and selection, performance management;
- Provide human resource solutions and services to the Management to ensure that the human capital can be well developed and support the rapid business growth;
- Review, develop and implement company Human Resources policies, and monitor the policy compliance;
- Review and streamline HR procedures;
- Implement efficient and cost-effective HR systems that meet management’s information needs;
Requirement:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years working experience of which 2 years in supervisory level with start up experience will be a pre-requisite.
- Strong recruitment experience in F&B industry preferably with western style restaurant.
- Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese.
- Well versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinances
- Strong inter-personal and communication skill.
- Proficiency in MsOffice - Excel & Word.
- Strong problem solving skill and resourceful
- Immediately available or short notice will be given priority
