Job Duties:

• Perform data entry, maintain the database and office filing system;
• Assist in divisional administrative and clerical work;
• Prepare and manage reports, correspondences and other documentations; and
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• University or tertiary institution students in any discipline;
• Available within July and August, with a minimum of 4 weeks;
• A good team player, well organized, attention to details, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
• Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office applications; and
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
