Job Description

We are seeking high-calibre individual to join our Human Resources Department.

 

Assistant Manager, Human Resources

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and timely one-stop HR services and support to assigned engineering departments which may include but not limited to recruitment, performance management and etc.
  • Be the focal point of contact to manage staff movement, on-boarding procedures and exit arrangement
  • Review and implement the HR policies and practices to cope with business needs
  • Work closely with Centre of Excellence / HR Shared Services team across different locations to collate information for management reports and HR analytics
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business related discipline;
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience as a Human Resources generalist / business partner
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other employment related regulation
  • Independent, well-organized, with strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player with commitment to work quality under tight timeline
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office softwares, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
