Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
w Maintain and support office and clinics administration
w Support Clinic and system maintenance, and daily operation
w Prepare weekly and monthly report for management review
w Prepare clinic invoices and documents
w Perform HR data entry and record keeping
w Assist in clinic recruitment process and training seminar
w General administration duties as assigned
Requirements:
w Diploma or above in business administration, or related disciplines
w Minimum 1 year solid experience in operations administration
w Prior experience in medical/service industry will be an advantage
w Mature and confident in coordinating and communicating with all levels internally and externally
w Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
w Good command of both written and spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua
w Familiar with MS Excel and Word
w Experience of B2B operation is an advantage
w Immediate availability is highly preferred
