Responsibilities:

• Support all clerical work for buying team (including input and print out the product information to shops, PO data input, item coding, and spare-parts requisition)
•    Follow up on order confirmation, payment, stock allocation & ensure prompt delivery
• Ensure an up-to-date database for item coding, price, product and delivery information are maintained at all times
• Handle all logistics including clear custom, invoice, packing list for product import from overseas & transport to PRC
• Work closely with account department and warehouse for payment, logistic as well as all merchandise requests in an effective manner for both HK & China
•   Generate Sales report, stock internal transfer co-ordination

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with min. 3 years working experience in the same capacity
• Solid experience in handling goods transport to PRC
• Experience in logistic of importing goods (footwear) to PRC is an advantage
• Strong organizing, numerical and analytical skills
• Able to work independently
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC application MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of POS system will be definite an advantage
