Responsibilities:

• Handle and exchange the repairable products between Suppliers and Customers
• To jointly work with other departments and identify possible solutions to settle the RMA cases to maintain customer satisfaction
• Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor provide administrative support
  
  

Requirements:

• HKDSE / F5 or above
• Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in customer service
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and able to work independently
