Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Operations
• Day-to-day coordination of business operational activities
• Prepare regular reports/documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor business operations in compliance with the Company requirements
• Monitor operation procedures and timeline
• Act as a coordination channel between Management, restaurants and other departments
• Handle ad hoc projects when necessary

Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE or above with one year relevant experience
• Previous F&B administration experience is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Independent, self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Well organized and detailed-minded
• Immediate available would be an advantage
