Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive sales performance through different channels
• Explore new business opportunity and client base
• Handle customer’s enquiries and follow up unsecured loan applications
• Conduct credit assessment & add as credit approver according to credit policy
• Ensure work procedures comply with policies and guidelines
• Manage and support daily operation of the team, monitor and coach individual staff performance

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in money lending or finance business
• Strong network with referral agency
• Good knowledge in loan products
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented
• Analytical with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to work on Alternative Saturday
• Candidates with more experience or considered as Business Development Manager
