Our Client, a reputable wholesale bank, is looking for suitable candidate to fill the abovementioned position.

Main Responsibilities & Requirement

• Prepare and review corporate loan, syndication and capital market documentation
• Draft credit terms & conditions and credit facility letters 
• Responsible to handle deviation on execution of loan and security documentation
• To liaise with internal and external stakeholders with regards to non-standard loan documentation
• University graduate in Business Administration, Law or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant banking experience in handling standard and non-standard credit documentation, capital market related documentation
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending, bi-lateral loans, syndications, and capital market related documentation requirements, etc.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.  Fluent Putonghua is preferred.
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
