Key Responsibilities:

• Perform debt financial analysis and model for client pitch meeting and updating market update reports.
• Execute transactions in primary and secondary markets.
• Organize roadshow and marketing activities to investors on new issuances.
• Coordinate with various internal teams to identify and advise issuers on opportunities and capital solutions.
• Working with related stakeholders to facilitate execution of transaction.
• Other work assigned by the department head.

Requirements:

• Reputable bachelor/master degree from a finance related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a debt/bond execution role with a sell-side institution.
• Good understanding of the debt market and track record of working on successful deals.
• Teamwork and able to work well with others towards a common goal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to continually learn.
• Excellent client and industry connections.
• Ability to communicate, read and write in Mandarin during documentation and client interaction.
