Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement customized annual promotion plan, ensure to meet the business target and maximize the brand image exposure within the budget;
• Plan and implement effective and efficient promotional and marketing programs including ATL, BTL, product launch, digital & social media and GWP to drive the brand awareness;
• Plan and develop the loyalty program, marketing campaigns, CRM initiatives to optimize the profitability;
• Monitor business results and campaigns effectiveness;
• Keep track the market trend and competitors promotional and marketing programs/ activities;
• Analyze market landscape and consumer insights to identify business opportunity in the category; propose the response actions;
• Accountable for A&P budget control and sales analysis;
• Manage the forecast of the product turnover; provide recommendations if overstock or shortage;
• Lead to design the online marketing activities and website contents to capture profitable growth;
• Act as the project leader in all in-store promotion and marketing events to ensure proper execution and close co-ordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Communications or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in brand and product marketing in Beauty Industry;
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning;
• Attention in details with excellent project management, analytical and presentation skills;
• Energetic, proactive, creative with a good sense in beauty;
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
