Responsibilities:

• Initiating design concept, layouts and material selection for the show flats and sales office of our prestigious residential projects in Mainland China
• Handling presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
• Providing design support on graphic, signage, artifacts and marketing material
• Assisting in all aspects of project follow including material handling, site meetings and factory quality control

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Interior Design with 5-6 years’ relevant experience including show flat design experience gained from large scale residential projects
• Experience in luxury residential projects is preferred
• Strong in presentation, communication and liaison skills, fast thinking and able to convey ideas through sketches
• Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
• Proficient in AutoCad and 3D / sketch drafting skill
• Well versed with design regulations in Mainland China
• In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of finishing materials
• Occasional travel to Mainland China required
