ESTATES OFFICE

The appointee will be a member of the Planning and Development Section. He/She will be expected to assist in the pre-contract stage of campus projects. Duties include liaison and co-ordination with government departments, end-users and consultants, preparation of design drawings, 3D rendering, material specifications, working drawings and tender documents.

Applicants should have a degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Interior Design or Environmental Design, preferably with three years of relevant work experience in interior design or architectural consultancy, and be proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop. Candidate with experience in 3D Max and space inventory control will be an advantage. Applicants with substantial experience but lower qualification may also be considered.

Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for a written test.

Work Location: Tsuen Wan Campus (Address: Riviera Gardens, No. 2-12 Yi Lok Street, Tsuen Wan, NT)

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years.  Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
