Our client is a global renowned high-end consumer lifestyle brand who owns an extensive range of product portfolio. They are one of the fast-growing companies with young & energetic culture and aggressive expansion plan in last decades. They have achieved rocket sales growth in recent years. Due to the upcoming expansion plan, they are now looking for a E-commerce Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Formulate E-Commerce strategy to enhance their sales revenue
• Manage online sales and operation procedure to grow the company’s ecommerce business
• Develop to CRM programme to enhance consumer engagement
• Responsible for sales forecasting, and monitor the business performance
• Work with IT team to integrate and to improve the new E-commerce system.

Requirements

• Degree holder in E-commerce/Information Management or other relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years E-Commerce management experience managing own E-Commerce platform
• Wellcome candidate from beauty/ personal care/ lifestyle/ household industry too
• Excellent command of spoken and written skills in Chinese and English
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as a Assistant E-Commerce Manager
