Main responsibility:

• Plan and implement online sales strategy, promotion and marketing programs
• Supervise a team and be responsible for all merchandise budget & planning, e-shop’s renovation, product data, inventory management and all operation
• Work closely with external agent (TP) to expand our eshops & digital platforms, with a focus on, but not limited to, Tmall China
• Track online sales progress, e-commerce metrics and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning periodically
• Assist on all e Tail related, and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years solid experience in e-commerce / e-marketing / online store merchandising, preferably in apparel retail in China market
• Degree holder in e-commerce, marketing, or related disciplines preferred
• Good planning, analytical and organizing skills with strong business acumen
• Self-motivated, multi-task, able to work under tight schedule
• Proficiency in analytical software (GA and/or Taobao tools), strong in Excel and Chinese input
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manage level.
