Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

•Develop business plan with strategies on brand building to acquire new customers and engagement

•Work closely with retail and CRM team to develop events/campaigns for VIPs which drive targeted sales and top of mind awareness of the brand image, and to ensure successful implementation

•Cultivate relationships with press, media and potential marketing partners, as well as explore new partnerships, marketing avenues, and target markets

•Consolidation of reports and Manage the A&P budget optimally and efficiently

•Conduct business analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaign

•Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should meet the following requirements:

•Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline

•Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in marketing in the similar capacity, hands-on events marketing experience is a must

•Strong leadership and supervisory skills

•Experience in marketing strategy on customer acquisition and engagement

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attentive to details

•Creative, passionate and excellent in problem solving skills with positive attitude

•Strong organizational, time management, ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to respond to change in pace and priority

•Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
