Our client is a HK Listed Developer with more than 45 years in HK.

We are representing them to look for a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to join their team in HK

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Reporting to Project Director, take lead for property construction development mainly in HK
• Collaborate and Monitor progress and coordination with different consultants, contractors and internal parties to ensure project completed on time and with good quality
• Participate in reviewing Technical tender submission, Master programme, Drawings and Submissions

• Degree holder in Architecture or related discipline
• Professional Membership of HKIA / RIBA is a must for Project Manager
• Minimum 8 years Project Management experience for new build development in Property Developer or Consultancy
• Good communication skills and coordination skills and with logical thinking
• Good Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
