Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist Factory Manager on planning and executing operations improvement project by collect and analysis data, and draft improvement plan
• Coordinate and follow up new products development with internal stakeholders
• Perform daily operations according to MRP system
• Communicate with outlets on daily order matters
• Provide clerical and ad hoc projects support

Key Requirements:

• Associate Degree/High Diploma holder in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 year related experience in factory, ideally in food industry
• Good in mathematical concepts e.g. use of statistical analysis
• Independent, detail-minded, logical and decisive in handling and resolve problems
• Strong in PC applications in MS Word, Excel (e.g.Pivot table, vlookup, etc) and PowerPoint
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese & English
• Working location: HK Island Siu Sai Wan Industrial Building
• Working days : 5-day per week (rest day on roster basis)
