ABOUT THE JOB

• Responsible to achieve throughout Product Development Jewelry Department an effective, lean and agile organization equipped with the right capabilities
• Lead the team through a seamless implementation of the Consumer Centric Operating Model
• Drive strong collaboration internally between different stakeholders to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead the team to be technical consultants to both Design and Product Marketing, to find solutions and risk mitigating actions in order to deliver a successful collection
• Continuously evolve and enhance internal know-how on 3D modeling and visualization
• Responsible for scouting and developing a pipeline of product innovation, from material to techniques and construction

ABOUT YOU

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 8 years of management experience with proven track record in successfully leading and coaching product development teams in different countries
• Multicultural work experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and high level of emotional intelligence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great communicator with excellent written and spoken English.  Able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound experience in production and manufacturing of consumer goods, especially fashion, watches, jewelry and accessories and passion for jewelry
• Strong computer skills with all standard Microsoft Software programs and working knowledge of internal IT systems
