rKey Responsibilities

• Support different customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and the daily operation of the mall’s club membership services.
• Ensure a high level of member satisfaction; build rapport and maintain strong relationships with the mall’s loyal members and preferred customers.
• Handle members’ enquiries and requests.
• Provide a high standard of services, work cheerfully, and follow procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Diploma holder in hospitality management, tourism or related disciplines with at least 1 year’s front-line experience in a hotel or shopping mall concierge. Experience in serving top-tier club houses, executive lounges and VIP customers, especially in the tourist market, is an advantage.
• Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Competent in spoken Putonghua.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented.
• Able to adapt to different situations and work independently.
• Willing to work on shift.
• more experience will be consider as Senior position.
